How much can I claim from HRDC fund for public training?

All our courses are 100% claimed from HRDC fund, no payment needed.

Will participants receive a certificate?

Yes, participant who complete at least 75% of the course will receive Course Certificate which indicates hours of learning that you can submit for CPD hour claim.

Are meals provided in your public training?

Yes, for physical sessions – breakfast, tea breaks and lunch are provided.

Can I send only one participant?

Yes. Public training is suitable for individual participants as well as companies sending a small number of team members.

Can you customise the training for our company?

Yes. If you have a team and want training customised to your company, we can propose an in-house session.

My manager ask me to do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and propose some training with the report. Do you have anything on this?

Yes, we can guide you on how to conduct TNA for your organisation and design employee development with you together.
